- Flex Fitness - Ventura offers one-on-one, individualized training sessions along with group Fit Camp settings. We can help select the option that's right for you. -

One-on-One, Individualized 

Private training sessions allow for friendly competition as well as individualized time and attention. We can provide motivation best suited to you and offer a variety of locations to meet your needs. Have an injury or haven't worked out in a while? Our highly qualified trainers are equipped to train no matter your limitation, and will modify as needed. The old adage "no pain, no gain" does not apply here.

Fit Camp

Fit Camp groups are designed for all fitness levels and abilities. Training in a group setting allows for friendly competition, a chance to meet new peers, and a chance to set yourself apart. Fit Camp is designed to do the nearly impossible, build muscle while burning fat. We incorporate anaerobic exercise and aerobic. Doing so allows for strong muscles and an efficient heart and lungs. We avoid exercise plateaus by switching up our locations. Find the venue that works best for you! 

In addition to our weekly Fit Camps we offer the 30-day Fit Camp Challenge! At the start of each month we administer a variety of fitness testing and body composition measurements. Those who participate are re-measured at the start of each month and will receive measurable progress reports, which has proven to motivate and maintain consistency. Winners each month receive free workouts and prizes!
