Flex Fitness can help you choose the best platform for your fitness needs. Each platform has flexible pricing options. Custom packages are also available. Feel free to call for a personal consultation.
Fit Camps
Tuesday/Thursday 5pm(1hr)
Tuesday camps are hosted at VHS - Larrabee Stadium.
Thursday camps are hosted at Arroyo Verde park (spring & summer months)
Kimball park (fall & winter months)
Saturday 9am (1hr)
Located at Flex Fitness Garage Gym (West Ventra, call or message for details)
Monday-Friday 10am & noon (45 min class)
Our weekday workouts are designed for the person on a schedule trying to fit it all in. This workout is hosted at Flex Fitness Garage Gym (West Ventura).
Sunday 8am (1hr)
Sunday Fit Camp is held at rotating locations all over the city of Ventura. VHS - Larrabee Stadium, Harmon Canyon Nature Preserve, Ventura State Beach/Pier, DATA middle school, Sulphur Mountain, Marina Park, Chestnut Hill, & Arroyo Verde Park and hiking trails. Fit Camp is designed for all fitness levels. Check the updated workout schedule for exact locations and start times!

6 Fit Camps (3 month expiration from purchase)…$100
Monthly rate (3-4 group workouts per week)…$180/$200 per month

Private Sessions
Private workout sessions will be held at your desired location. We train by appointment only and request a 24 hour cancelation notification. If you are unable to provide sufficient notice you may reschedule to avoid forfeiting your session. Private session may be individual, couples, or 3+. Your options for location is our private studio located in west Ventura, your home, or a neutral location such as the beach or nearby park. We provide all necessary equipment, whether we are training at our studio or on location.

15 45 min sessions...$900
8 45 min sessions.....$500
3 45 min sessions.....$120 (new clients only)
